Casa BB | BB House
LVS+JCNAME
This house is located in a difficult slope but with a prominent view to the mountains and a golf court. The volumes are a provocation to the site since there is no land to locate the house. For this reason, the project follows the curves on the terrain allowing to have solid ground. The concept is generated by a series of challenging needs in a tight program. The garage is located at the roof and the house at the bottom. First floor down locates the private areas and lower floor the public areas, a swimming pool and terrace.
La casa esta localizada en una pendiente dificil pero con una vista panoramica prominente dirigida hacia la montana y el campo de golf. Los volumenes son una provocacion en el sitio ya que no hay terreno donde desplantarlos. Por esta razon, el proyecto sigue las curvas longitudinales del terreno, lo que permite posicionar los volumenes en terreno solido. El concepto se genero con un programa netamente estricto. La azotea funciona como cochera y consecuentemente la casa va hacia abajo, areas privadas en el primer piso y en la parte baja las areas publicas, la alberca y la terraza.
