LVS-Architecture es una firma de arquitectura y consultoría que se especializa en el diseño de experiencias. Nuestra metodología se basa en la aplicación de estrategias sensoriales, neurociencia y arquitectura con la finalidad de proporcionar la mejor experiencia para los usuarios y de acuerdo a estilos de vida, y los modelos de rentabilidad y negocios de nuestros clientes.
LVS-Architecture is an architecture and consulting firm that specializes in experience design. We analyze the needs of our clients and work with them to find the right solutions for their projects. Our methodology is based on applying sensory strategies, neuroscience, and architecture to provide the best user experience according to our client’s lifestyles, profitability models, and businesses.
Luis Othón Villegas Solís recibió un Master In Design Studies de la Universidad de Harvard 2003 y el título de Arquitecto por la Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara 1997. Es el fundador de LVS Architecture, una firma que explora las conexiones entre la neurociencia, la psicología del comportamiento y los ambientes construidos. Ha sido conferencista en varias universidades como NewSchool of Architecture and Design, Harvard University, School of Visual Arts, Pratt Institute, entre otras. Así como expositor de su trabajo de investigación sobre Neurociencia y arquitectura en el Salk Institute for Biological Studies, y la Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture (ANFA) en La Jolla California.
Ha colaborado con el Dr. Michael Arbib y Meredith Banasiak en un capítulo llamado "Sistemas de sistemas: atmósfera arquitectónica, arquitectura neuromórfica y el bienestar de los humanos y las ecosferas" que se publicará en el próximo libro de Mitra Kanaani, The Routledge Companion to Ecological Design Thinking: Visiones ecotópicas saludables para la arquitectura y el urbanismo. Su último proyecto es la co-creación del INPAD Instituto de Neurociencias para la Arquitectura y el Diseño, donde se promueve la investigación en neurociencia y ciencias cognitivas para informar la arquitectura y el diseño.
Luis Othón Villegas Solís received a Master in Design Studies from Harvard University in 2003 and a degree in Architecture from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara in 1997. He is the founder of LVS Architecture, a firm that explores the connections between neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and built environments. He has been a lecturer at several universities, such as the NewSchool of Architecture and Design, Harvard University, School of Visual Arts, and Pratt Institute. In 2021 he was selected to present his research work on a Neuroarchitectural Interpretation System at the Neuroscience and Architecture Symposium of the Salk Institute for Biological Studies and the ANFA Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture in La Jolla, California.
He has collaborated with Dr. Michael Arbib, and Meredith Banasiak on a chapter called "Systems of Systems: Architectural Atmosphere, Neuromorphic Architecture, and the Well-Being of Humans and Ecospheres," to be published in Mitra Kanaani's forthcoming book, The Routledge Companion to Ecological Design Thinking: Healthy Ecotopic Visions for Architecture and Urban Planning. His latest project is the INPAD Institute of Neurosciences for Architecture and Design co-creation, where research in neuroscience and cognitive science is promoted to inform architecture and design.
Jessica Peral Espinosa es colaboradora de LVS-Architecture, obtuvo el título de especialista en Arquitectura Interior por la Universidad Autónoma de México en el 2021 y el título de Arquitecta por la Facultad de Arquitectura, UNAM 2019. Durante su formación colaboró en diversos proyectos de recuperación de Espacio Público en Alcaldía Iztapalapa y como proyectista en Fernanda Cobo Arquitectos. Se unió a LVS-architecture en el 2021.
Jessica Peral Espinosa is a collaborator of LVS-Architecture, she obtained the title of specialist in Interior Architecture from the Autonomous University of Mexico in 2021 and the title of Architect from the Faculty of Architecture, UNAM 2019. During her training she collaborated in various projects for the recovery of Public Space in the Iztapalapa Mayor's Office and as a designer in Fernanda Cobo Architects. She joined LVS-architecture in 2021.
