The Atelier restaurant project explores mechanisms that allow us to have a different multi-sensory experience each time we visit the place. Sometimes it is only the friendly treatment of the service, or the experience of eating something unique and different, but also the space, which allows you to recreate a longed-for feeling each time you return. That is the key to repeating the experience. The moment we have seen space repeatedly, but each time we return to it, something unique and unexpected happens; for the pleasure of the culinary experience, it gives us the excitement to see and be seen.
