This residential project is rooted in respect for the site’s natural features and topography. It is composed of five modular spaces opening southward to capture natural light, ventilation, and the best landscape views. The design seeks reconciliation between architecture and the environment, intervening delicately in the terrain by preserving its slope and placing the volumes on stone platforms. Spaces are linked by bridges, including one crossing a small stream, forming a transversal axis that organizes the layout. Each module rises above ground to avoid humidity and blends exposed concrete with local materials and regional building techniques. The architectural experience is sensory: the play of light and shadow along corridors, the textures of walls and wood, the temperature and humidity of the air, and the scents of fruit trees. Roofs become gardens that collect rainwater, reinforcing a sustainable cycle. The project invites living in contemplation, meditation, and stillness, with architecture integrated into the endemic landscape and flowing naturally with the seasons. The house becomes a space to explore, perceive, and dwell in harmony with the mountain and nature.
