The renovation of Taquería Tomate in Guadalajara is guided by a clear intention: to elevate the taco experience while staying true to its popular, approachable roots. Located in Colonia Americana —an up-and-coming neighborhood buzzing with creative energy— Tomate has long been a local favorite, known for its exceptional carne al pastor. 

 

Our redesign centers around the user: a diverse clientele that values quality, seeks a refined yet unpretentious space, and is drawn to authentic flavors and experiences. We’re designing for everyone —from neighborhood locals and students to tourists and food lovers— creating an atmosphere that feels sophisticated but never exclusive.
