La Quebrada is part of POLIFONIC, a music-focused venue that brings together different experiences under a shared rhythm. Conceived as a seafood restaurant, the project captures the energy of 1980s Acapulco through its beachside architecture, uninhibited use of color, and the nostalgia of tropical music. The interior offers a contemporary interpretation of this golden era through chromatic contrasts, expressive geometries, and details characteristic of 1980s design. Its fresh, playful atmosphere complements a high-quality culinary concept and a distinctive visual identity. Beyond the restaurant itself, La Quebrada also serves as the gateway to Hibol, a speakeasy concealed within the complex. Architecture, music, and gastronomy come together to create an immersive experience that evokes the vibrant spirit of the coast without relying on literal references.
